How do I order?

1. Download and complete a PDF – Centennial Order Form
2. Mail your check, payable to Mountain Lakes Centennial Trust, to Jane Hayward, 39 Lookout Rd., Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046. Sorry, we can’t accept Paypal or Credit Cards.
3. You will receive an order confirmation within two weeks of receipt of your check.
4. Orders will be hand delivered within Mountain Lakes.  If you would like to ship items outside Mountain Lakes, please contact Kelly Thompson.

When will I receive my order?

• Prints, flags and posters will be delivered in a few weeks, while supplies last. Please order NOW if you want to ensure that you will have your items for holiday delivery. Items are going fast!
